A naval architect, project and program management professional, entrepreneur, artist and aspiring children’s author, Shrutika’s journey extends far beyond the pageant stage. With more than 12 years of international experience in the maritime industry, she has built her career across multiple countries in a traditionally male-dominated field, working on complex projects within the cruise and maritime sector.
For Shrutika, stepping onto the pageant stage was not simply about earning a crown. It was an opportunity to embrace another side of herself—one that could exist alongside her career, motherhood and creative ambitions.
A Journey Built on Courage and Reinvention
Shrutika left India at the age of 21 and began building her life in a completely new country. Since then, her journey has taken her across countries, industries, entrepreneurship and motherhood.
Her career in naval architecture and project management has allowed her to work on complex international maritime projects while developing as a leader in an industry where women remain underrepresented. Alongside her professional career, she has continued to nurture her creative identity as an artist and storyteller.
Now, with her pageant title, Shrutika hopes to explore opportunities across entertainment, media, fashion and community platforms while continuing to advance her professional career.
Family: Her Biggest Support System
Behind Shrutika’s journey is a strong support system led by her family.
She credits her husband with standing beside her through the many chapters of her career and life, while her daughter, Nysha, remains one of her greatest inspirations. Her parents have also consistently encouraged her to dream beyond what felt familiar or comfortable.
Their support has given Shrutika the confidence to embrace the many roles she carries—as a woman, mother, professional, entrepreneur and individual.
A Message for Women: “Never Believe That Your Time Has Passed”
Shrutika’s journey carries a message for women who may feel that responsibilities, circumstances or the passage of time have caused them to put parts of themselves aside.
She believes that age, motherhood, career breaks, immigration or societal expectations should not determine when a woman is allowed to pursue a new dream.
Her own life reflects that belief. She has built a career as an engineer and maritime professional, embraced motherhood, explored entrepreneurship and art, and now stepped onto a pageant stage.
Her message is simple: women do not have to fit into just one box.

As Mrs. Petite Universe USA (Miami) 2027, Shrutika hopes to continue growing as a leader in the maritime industry while exploring opportunities in entertainment, media, fashion and community initiatives.
She also hopes to publish her children’s book and further develop her creative journey as an artist and storyteller.
For Shrutika, the crown represents something larger than a pageant title. It is a reminder that ambition does not have an expiration date—and that embracing one part of yourself does not require leaving another behind.
